You might try Bimmerhaus (905-857-4372) up in (Milton/Bolton/?) somewhere around there. They didn't have much in E34's last time I was asking, however, Peter who runs it might be able to help you out... supposed to be a good repair shop/used parts place.
You might want to have him check it out... my 318 had bad bearings and gears... I changed the bearings ($800 CAN) but couldn't afford to do the gears ($1400 parts) and still had a slight whine afterwards. (Put another 100,000 miles on it however)
