The biggest weakness I see in the E34 Autos are the ZF trannies. Mine has a little goblin in the Torque Converter that comes and goes (shake, shudder under gentle acceleration). Also, the common thrust are bushings can make the car shimmy at highway speeds. Other than that, you will get a Buick sized car that accelrates and handles like an Integra : )
