Try asking your instructor if your placed in the seat properly. Ankles and legs out to hold you firmly in place, backside firmly in seat etc. Should have been taught first thing out.

I was lacking support when cornering during the driving school. Because I don't have any children, I can give up some plave on the rear seats.

Anyone with 3 points belts?
