Need help in water pump (archive)

My friend told me that to slove the overheating problem in the 535 that I can use the 745i water pump, it's the same but the blades are bigger so it will flow better, and he said that he tried the 535 pump in his 745i and it fit's as both are M30 enginee, so is that true.
