My glove box make a rattle that
was caused by the upper left edge
rubbing against the dash opening.
Upon closer examination, there was a
felt faced cushion on the right side
of the dash (where the right top edge
of the glove box contacts the dash),
but none on the left side. I confirmed
this problem by putting a bit of thin
cloth on the upper left edge of the Gbox,
which stopped the rattle. Solution,
A bit of thick felt adhered onto the
part of the dash that the upper-left Gbox
edge contacts when closed.
