I just had Jim Albright at Mighty Motors in Cambridge, MA, change my timing belt. While he was in there, he replaced the tensioner for the timing belt, new water pump, thermostat, and accessory belts. As long as the coolant was drained, I also had him swap out an errant coolant level sender.
As long as the front is off, might as well go for it.

NP.

My 90 525, 115k miles is going to the shop tommorow for a timing belt replacment, bought it a year ago with 90k miles, no maintance history previous, I have replaces belts, plugs and thats it. What else should I have them replace while everything is tore down.

Thanks
Thor
