This is a long shot but could the mounting system have come loose? I just had one installed and if the mount system is not seated properly the cd cartridge will not eject. I did not get an error message, however. Easy fix that is worth looking into.

Help! My trunk mounted cd changer won't eject the cd cassette when the eject button is pressed. Furthermore, the readout on the stereo head-unit reads "disc error". Any suggestions? Thanks for any help offered. Eric
