but these are on an individual basis. Check the archives over the last couple weeks. Someone just had BMWNA ok the replacement but the onwer had to demonstrate all the service was done (probably by a dealer).
When I had my block tested at 96000 miles the service manager told me there was some flexibility in having the block replaced after 100000 miles or 6 years so he told me not to worry about it. Fortunately mine failed the test and was replaced.
