Low beam problem (archive)

Okay, so I decided to replace my regular low beam bulbs with hyperwhite bulbs so I can get a better view of things at night. My bulb on one side went out twice so I decided to go back with regulars. But know my wiring harness on the passenger side doesn't even get power. I checked the two fuses for it and they both look good. Any ideas?
