I read somewhere(really can't remember) that the general setting of the adj hex head screw of the AFM should be mid way.If I remember correct,the screw goes thru 14 turns from full close to full open.Mine was 3 turns to full close.Adjusted it mid way (7 turns) and whaddaya know,my consumption improved somewhat ie. got extra 10km for the same amount of money I generally pay at every fillup.
This is just my experience.Your motor may differ in result.
