HELP - Leaking Headlamp Spray Nozzle (archive)

I have a spray nozzle on the driver side of my car, that when I fill up the windshield washer fluid resevoir, the fluid starts to come out of the nozzle head like piss out of a dick (excuse my language, but I could not think of a better analogy). I have no clue what is causing this. Is it possible that there is air in the fluid lines. Anyways, this is very frustrating to me and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
