i was wondering if mine was going to be changed on day soon. i got 190000 on my 535ia
I have had problems for a while with Rad fluid coming out of the resevoir cap and pressure building up in the cooling system, thus, air getting push/sucked in,causing the temp to rise, so there is a crack somewhere, I bleed it, fill more fluid and its fine for a few days.

So im taking the good advice that Bill R and Bruno gave me, change and replace the head gasket,PORT AND POLISH as well, I maybe getting the RD headers, but it depends on availability and shipping.

I'll keep you posted.

Rodney.
