Mine does that too. I've experienced it before in other cars & it was the motor in need of new brushes. I've checked out all other components so I think it's the blower motor in my case. I'll post again when I replace the brushes. I've read that similar size brushes from an electric drill will work & they're available at Home Depot, etc.

Any suggestions on how to find the right module? and how do I tell if its bad. The fan works when the car goes over a bump or when I first start it up. It is getting too hot here in Texas to have this car like it is.
