I used these in my 535iA and I strongly urge you not too. The M30 doesn't like them and it induced a much rougher idle. I switched back to orginals last oil change and it made a huge difference in idle smoothness. They are a huge waste of money. Stick to the orginals and gaping them slighly bigger.
