Just curious, how do you drive into the sun both to and from work? Or do you mean just part of each way.

Anyway, in answer to your question, polishing usually doesn't help. If it bothers you so much look into replacing the windsheild. Some insurance companies will pay a decent portion of the bill. Check with yours.

: Possibly a rock off a dump truck may just hit it. Insurance WILL cover it then and you only pay deductible. I am not condoning such actions as tapping your windshield with a screw driver or such. As we all know shit happens. And we all pay a tremendous amount of insurance on these BMW's. My '94 530i costs more to insure than my '99 Navigator. And the Navigator is worth almost 3 times as much. Go figure.
