Regarding the mixture - I would *think* that the closed loop system of the O2 sensor/DME/Injector pulse/et all would compensate for the increase flow of the injectors.

My understanding is that the O2 sensor monitors the combustion byproducts and sends feedback to the DME advising the proper settings. As long as the DME has enough range to compensate for the increased pulse volume, I think we're OK. At WOT, the DME may override any feedback and allow the injectors to flow more fuel, leading to a slightly richer mixture and possibly more power...

Anyways, I would be surprised if there are emissions problems with the Ford injectors during normal driving operations.

Then again, I may be all washed up!
