This is not an easy question to answer based on the information (or lack thereof)that you provided.

Stoping power?
Fade Free?
Long lasting?
Quietest?
Race use or Road use?
Cost?
Availability?
No one pad is going to come out first in all of these catagories. Which ones define "most powerfull" to you?


What kind of lines do you have?
When did you last change fluid?
What tires do you use?
Pads are only one aspect that determine your braking. Don't know your car, but old lines may have some give vs new or SS lines. Old fluid with water in it, will contribute to fade. Your tires may not be putting down sufficient contact patch.

BTW, What model and year are we talking about?
