You should be able to pick them up at a number of places, but Sears makes a strap wrench. Wrap the strap once around the pully and insert the strap into the handle. That will give you enough torque to turn the engine in it's mount!

Also works great for getting the oil filter cover off.

Someone replied to one of my messages a few weeks back and offered to make a pulley holder for the water pump so I can take the fan clutch off. I'd like to buy that tool if you're still interested.
