Might want to try Porterfield R-4S’s

They will set you back about $150 a set.

Potenza SE730. (Awesome summer tires)
Not for racing, just want the pads that stop me the fastest without corrosive dust like the racing ones usually have.

I would like them to be able wistand hard driving without fading quickly.

I don't care about noise too much unless they screech loud and often.

Money is no object.

I just had new rear stock brake lines put in, I'm not sure about fluid since I only bought the car a little while ago.

It's a 95 540i 6 speed.

This is not an easy question to answer based on the information (or lack thereof)that you provided.

Stoping power?
Fade Free?
Long lasting?
Quietest?
Race use or Road use?
Cost?
Availability?
No one pad is going to come out first in all of these catagories. Which ones define "most powerfull" to you?

What kind of lines do you have?
When did you last change fluid?
What tires do you use?
Pads are only one aspect that determine your braking. Don't know your car, but old lines may have some give vs new or SS lines. Old fluid with water in it, will contribute to fade. Your tires may not be putting down sufficient contact patch.

BTW, What model and year are we talking about?

that don't have corrosive brake powder.
