The kit for the shift handle is in the Original BMW Accessories catalog Page 40 Item C it requires a shaft assembly and spacer. Costs about $130 w/ BMWCCA discount and takes about 1 hour to install. I don't know if the leather console cover is available from BMW but you could probably find one at a salvage yard.
