Afraid not. If you spill oil on an M50 engine it is supposed to go on the outside of the cover. If the seal surrounding the cover has been moved or is out of position, the oil does not go out on the cover but is allowed inonto the manifold cover which drains forward and down into the spark plugs spaces. If you have an M50 engine have a close look. How did I find out about this little gem of information???????? One guess should do.
