100% in agreement. I think however, we have a bunch of bogus poseurs writing about their fantasy rides (at least I sure hope so). It appears that posting on the list gives quicker gratification that writing to Penthouse.
I'm done with the reasoning/preaching. If they want to go for the Darwin Awards then let em. Only hope the the collateral damage is minimal.
Myself, I gonna skip the "race" stories, and see if this list can be turned into a place that helps people solve the problems they are having with their cars. Further, if I recognize a "racer" with a problem question that I have an answer for, I'm not going to respond. If the car won't start, idles bad, or shimmeys, maybe, just maybe they won't be tempted to take on an M5 in the 525i.
Nomex on, flame away.

How about no more street race stories. It just makes the writer look like an ASS and a menace. I have driven Winston Cup cars, Busch Series cars, Legend cars, ran in the Super Sport Class in NHRA sanctioned Drag races, and autocross events. I am not an old fuddy coot. Go ahead and flame me, I don't care.
