100k on the body. 53k on alumisil block. At 89k I drained the trans of lifetime fluid and replaced it with new oil. I would highly recommend this model, I used to pilot an M3, I made a lateral move to my 540 and haven't been dissatified. It has a different kind of power. It isn't as quick off the line, but it definately has power to spare. There has been alot of negative press about the the e34-540 driving the price down. Now is a good time to buy. I have heard the e39 have had alot of electical problems and the prices are much higher.
