Replace all the fluids at 50K miles, or 2 years.

Thanks guy's.
I guess we are all guilty of going to great length's at times to achieve information or to compare our efforts to people to whom have the same interest and maybe greater technical knowledge. One thing that I'm particular about is the oil change interval. I'm convenced that the drain x cycle is key to long engine life aside from oil brands of which we all have our favorites. I typically do the following.

oil change: 5-7k synth.castrol (I trust the content of text) :)
plug clean/R&R: 25k interval
inspect/clean air filter: 15k
inspect tire pressure other fluid levels: weekly
fuel filter: not certain of interval? this one I'm bad about putting off :((

I'm not certain about the valve adjustment interval? What do you guy's do/recommend??

Brumm
