looking for a competent mechanic near Carlisle PA or harrissburg pa?

for e34 somebody w/ vast experience of electrical system is helpful

I use a shop in Harrisburg just off Cameron St. exit called Bavarian Enterprises. I bought my E34 there in 96, and have been driving to them ever since. I live almost 100 miles away and think it is well worth the drive. They are honest, do great work and don't sell you things you don't need. When going to a dealer for service, they seem to act like all BWM owners are loaded with cash.(Which I'm not) Dealers hate people who like to tinker with their cars. Bavarian is just the opposite. I like to work on my car, and these guys are cool with that. They also sell high line foreign cars as well.

The service managers name is Gil, the head mechanic is Andy and there is another guy named Jeff who is just as good as Andy. Phone number is (717) 234-1231. They are right down the street from the Farm Show Complex

I just spent $1300 there replacing several major gaskets, installing an Auto Solutions Short Shift Kit,and a 3.91 LSD that I bought from Vines. Car runs like a bat out of hell.

with a new 3.91 LSD
