I've seen on the V1 site that the rear laser antenna is now located in a different position on the new smaller unit. Seems like the features are still the same just a smaller unit.


I called Valantine One to get some new suction cups sent to me and I asked if mine is the lastest version (purchased in Dec. of 98) and I was told yes that it is but, the one they are selling now is missing about a quarter of an inch vs. mine.(where the rear lasar antenna is). I asked about the smaller version rumor in Motor Trend and she stated that Mike Valentine wants to do a smaller one, but they (customer service reps.) will be the last ones to know when it will be coming out.
