Hmm... I take it you mean refinishing the current look (and not painting them that oh so trendy yellow, green and red combo!).

Personally I would recommend finding a wheel refinisher and getting them to do it, as it can be very difficult to do it and get it looking right at the end of it - especially if you need to refinish all of the old kerb marks... It shouldnt cost you more than say $50 a wheel or thereabouts... However, if they just have a few scratches then I belive i can remember some info in the website - linked below.
