Im have to agree, normal street driving is better becuase the bite is stronger, but the second you get hard on them on the freeway or track. The pedal will feel like it is touching the floor when they get hot, and then they squeal for the next 100 or so miles until they are better again. I have no idea what I am going to get next time.

I bought a set from Zygmunt (excellent prices
and service). However, these pads are definitely
biased toward the average driver. In spirited
driving they fade noticably for me (540i 6spd
with new rotors and fresh brake fluid). They
fade noticably sooner than the stock Jurid pads.

Their strength is an almost complete absence of
brake dust. I have bolted X spokes and the dust
is not noticable after as much as 3 or 4 weeks
of driving! Braking heat must be vaporizing the
organic pad material, but that's also probably
why they fade so easily.
