I believe in the Hunter 9700 (archive)

I got new Dunlop 225/60/15 about 5000 miles ago. Since I purchased the tires from NTB I have been back 3 times and still had the shakes @ above 65 MPH. Today I took the car to Discount Tire that uses a Hunter 9700 and guess what! No more shake, even at speeds greater then 90 MPH. I think more of the shimmies and shakes are due to tire balance problems then anything else. I have not replaced any front-end parts on my car, only had 1 front end alignment and have had even tire wear. I had one set of tire get 65,000 miles. Ever time I get new tires I get the shakes, some times it takes 2 or 3 times before they get it right. This time I took the boards advise and had them balanced on the Hunter 9700 and got great results.
