Low freon again?!? Damn (archive)

I had my A/C repaired at Pacific BMW for $$$. A couple months later it failed and there was a freon leak. They agreed to repair it for free. Said an o-ring was faulty. Now I have to bring it in for repair again? This will be the 4th time in 2 years. Before it failed 2 years ago I never had a problem with it. Why cant they get it right?
