The resistor is located on the driver's side in front of the radiator, to the right lower side of the aux. fan visible through the front grill! Check the continuity, if nthere is none(stuck open) replace it, $15 @ dealer. Also could be fuse #25 or #29 I think or low speed relay located in box on drivers dide of engine compartment.
Could also be sending unit on passenger side of radiator.
With engine off but hot, turn key 2nd position, turn on air conditioner switch, fan should come on in low speed. If not, remove electrical connector (3 wire) from sending unit, make connection from brown (ground) wire to one and then the other (hi speed & low speed) remaining wires, if fan runs on both it is a sending unit problem! If only hi speed runs it is either low speed relay or resistor.
