Sorry to bother everyone again. I replaced my auxillery fan with a new one (without removing the bumper BTW) and the fuse #20 for the AC is still blowing. It will blow whether the car is turned on or not. I disconnected the wire to the compressor and no change. The dealer looked at it quick and thought that it was the compressor clutch but I don't understand why that would blow the fuse even when the car is not running. The only way I can put the fuse in is if I disconnect the battery, insert the fuse, and then reconnect the battery, at which time there is a big spark at the negative terminal and the fuse is instantly fried! The new auxillery fan won't come on (probably because there is no fuse) and the AC buttons are flashing inside the car. The computer gives me the message "Check Control" and this area is very very dim, almost unreadable. Are all these problems a coincidence and totally unrelated? Please help, I am losing my mind!!! Thanks!
