It's possible, but extremely rare, to find an E34 in the US with fold-down rear seats. A few Canadian cars were so equipped and ended up here, but it was never an option AFAIK. I'm assuming it's more common on the Euro cars...


I have a 95 540. Are my rear seats supposed to fold down?
