I've had better luck bleeding the air when cold & the engine off, gravity feed it thru the expansion tank & "burp" the radiator & thermostat hoses by squeezing. Check the small (~1/4") hose from the radiator to the expansion tank for blockage, blow it out with an air hose if required. When bled properly, there will be about an 1/8" stream where it ties into the expansion tank when warm (but not hot) & running.

anybody had problems bleeding cooling system on 535 tried through the daft little bleed screw on thermostat housing but finished bleeding through heater pipes is there an easy way
