Bill, this is what I have tried so far: I disconnected the ihkr, the instrument cluster, the check control module (all at the same time) and the fuse still blows (BTW it blows with the key off, most other fuses seem to get power only when the key is turned on). I looked at the wiring for the obc and it looks good. I guess I'll have to disconnect it and see. Independent heater/ventilation is on fuse #20 as well but I don't know what it is, any idea? Also, the heater blower is on 20, how do I get to those wire to check?

Thanks again for all the help,
