I need a little help. I've got a 1994 530i and a 2 year old grandson to safely secure in the back seat. The rear seat belts do not do a very good job of secring his car seat. The owner's manual hints at the existance of restraint attachment points on the rear package shelf, but I'll be darned if I can find them. Is this something the dealer has to install?
