scratch from hell pt. 2 (w/ pics) (archive)

Was parallel parking my 530 today in downtown seattle and on the way in, I grazed a huge cement planter that was way TOO close to the curb. (Man that was the worst noise you want to hear..)
Now I have a section of ~1" scratches down to the PAINT (no dent tho) right on the outside of my taillight. Thank god it didnt hit my clear corner or I would have been even more pissed.

Anyone have opinions on how I get this fixed?
