Squealing generally mean the p/steering,alternator or the a/c belts as these belts are V shaped type belts and are proned to squeal, unlike the timing belt which is cogged or toothed.Belt squealing can be due to a misalignment of the pulleys, damaged belts or glazed belts.
But at 47k miles, the timing belt may be due to be replaced anyways.I think the recomended mileage timing belts require replacement will be at 60k miles.

Its been 47,000 miles since it has been changed.....and I was gonna wait another month or two to have it changed....could this be the squeal and if this a big indication that I need to get the timing belt changed like RIGHT NOW!?

I noticed it about a month ago while starting the only did it once and it didnt happen again until maybe 2 weeks ago and it has done it every so often since.....any ideas?? Could it be my starter is going out even though it always starts up on the first try easily?? The screeching sounds like a there a belt maybe that is running while I start the car? TIA
