Or the throwout bearing. As Bill said, it comes out again.

d or the hollow locating dowels got crushed and the trans is slightly misaligned.... Either way it gets to come out again.


Just had a new clutch assembly put in my '92 535i and ever since, it's hard to shift into 1st & reverse. Sometimes 2nd is hard. Almost feels like the clutch isn't disengaging. I also had a new pivot pin & lever installed at the same time. Any ideas?
