Yes,
You can order the parts from Europe. Will not be cheap. I say $6k-7k for the tranny alone. You'll need a new drive shaft and some other bits also. Plan on $10k for the conversion.

You could probably get one at a dealer. Since the '95 M5 was never sold in the US, it will be pretty much impossible to find a used one here. Rob Levinson at UUC had a 6-speed installed in his '95 M5, you might want to look him up. I believe his email address is rob@shortshifter.com
