Get a radio antenna jack plug from Radio Shack. Connect it up to a piece of coax 3' long. Attach a 4'-5' length of thin insulated wire to the center conductor of the coax. Bring the thin wire up by the passenger side. Work it into the windshield molding cover. Thin wire should be near invisible and out of line of site. You should be able to hide the coax over the glove box and bring it up on the side.

See if you can get any AM reception with this. Can't hurt and should be cheap to try.

I did this on an old muscle car and it worked fine (am/fm). Old rod antenna just did not look right on it. This of course assumes you did not put metalic tint on the windshield!?

I can live without listening to Fatboy Rush and the other fools, I just like to listen to the ballgames when I drive sometimes.
I tinted mine about 4 months ago and i too have no AM reception.Just got to do without talk radio. You get used to it after a while.
