At your price point you aren't going to have many good options to choose from. If you are only going to post images to the web then you can get away with a low resolution VGA (640 x 480 dpi) inexpensive camera. If you print any images, though, you won't be happy with the output beyond a 3.5 x 5 inch photo, at best.

Regarding VGA cameras, probably your best buy for the money is a Polaroid VGA camera, they can be purchased anywhere from $100 to $150, easily. The PhotoMAX FUN! Flash 640 goes for about $120 - $130. Can be purchase online or at places like Walmart.

If you can spare a few more dollars you can get an HP PhotoSmart 215 for about $149 to $199. It's a megapixel camera and will give you acceptable 4 x 6 inch prints. It's a very basic point and shoot camera, but has been received well by the market.

If you want to use the camera for taking personal photos and then printing them, you're going to have to send $300-$500 to get a decent one.

Good Luck,
