Joe has the right idea.

Until your book arrives, you can do the following:

Remove screw under plug in door pull.
Remove screw under plug in door release.
Remove screw behind ashtray.
Unscrew plastic cap on door lock.
Starting at the bottom and just using your hands, unpop each clip.
When clips at bottom and side undone, lift door panel up gentley but firmly from top clips (underneath silver trim)
Remove wires from window switch
Remove cable to door latch

Installation is the reverse.
