1) Voltage regulation - use Bentleys to check voltage output
2) Dimmer switch - Bad track can cause voltage fluctuations. Vibration could affect it. Remove it, connect to ohm meter and make sure it varies smoothly over the entire range.
3) Intermitent connection - Always a bear to track down. Get into the dash and reset all the connectors you can find. Hope it's not this.

The dashboard lights, computer, and radio all have suddenly developed a flicker. Car is idling great and accelerates fine. Just replaced the radiator, water pump, and thermostat but can't see how that could have created the flicker.
Flicker usually goes away at 35 mph, but not always. Get back to garage and let it idle and the flicker is worse again.
