No increase of noise, I have to open the windows to enjoy it.

Also, how much fabrication did you have to do to connect the header to stock (?) catalytic converter...

You have to drop the catalytic converter section and remove the old manifolds. Then you have to cut the front of the catalytic converter pipes. Install the RD headers. Check that you cut at the right location by putting the cat. conv. back then install everything.

Last question - can you describe the "flange" where the header bolts to the cylinder head? Is there a flat metal 'plate' that connects 3 pipes per side? Or, is there a single flange for each tube?

Flat plate with the 3 tubes attaching to it. Just bolt on.

The procedure and pictures will be in the website. I have to download them, and format the whole thing. I might going to have time to do it this week end.
