The back of the headers pipes had been flanged at EXACTLY the diameter of the pipes for a tight fit.

I didn't had it welded yet. And I have to tigten some bolts tonight and see how much it is (if it is) leaking from the connection.

Power, the acceleration is cleaner and the top end is soooooooo powerfull.

So you have to cut the ends of the existing pipe and then the back of the headers bolt/clamp on?

It would be interesting to talk to someone who's done this with a stock head. I'm thinking the porting you did would help take advantage of headers.

Where's the added power? Even across the powerband or more in the upper range?
