I cannot beleive how much power the car has now....

I did used the OEM new exhaust gasket. I should have open the exhaust ports, but I didn't have the headers when my head was out.

Just put a new gasket and everything will be ok. No leaks whatsoever.

I will post the procedure monday night.

Bruno,

Thanks for blazing the trail for the rest of us. I have RD stainless headers and exhaust also (resonator and muffler). There were some questions a while ago about mating the headers to the cylinder head. The head has square ports, but the headers are round correct? What did you use for a gasket and did you try to port the header inlets at all?

Thanks for the tip about flaring the pipes, that is sure to save me time and a few swear words.
