Asked my body man that and he said no... (although they must be removable), just that the front piece is part of the front fender... and too much labour.
Pretty easy to mask off ... if you consider doing this, get a new set of rubber strips (8 ) and check under the doors... they will usually have a little bit of rust under there. Had mine resprayed at the same time as the rockers.
