Photographs and good presentation should get you
off...can't smoke tires in most E-34's...explain
it to the judge that the cop mistaked the Corvette's burn out for yours.

take some photo's of the rubber left on the street and make sure it doesnt match the width of your tires and distance apart. Also explain the horsepower of your car stock and how BMW traction control doesnt allow the wheels to spin like that.

Also have your lawyer point out the errors in time/date, yr vehicle and such.

Hopefully once you show the errors the officer made you can get the ticket dismissed.
