I know it sucks that you have to do it in the first place but I wouldn't worry if I was you, you have a pretty solid case here. Witnesses seem to be a big deal. They assume that after the "raise your right hand..." business everyone becomes a saint. Just hope that your judge isn't tired and irritated and will hear you out. The guy I had, I watched him and he was getting so pissed off at all the crap he heard that he wasn't really willing to hear anyone out. I was all set with my crooked story about him not being able to see me from behind trees (stopsign) and had polaroids and everything. Then I realized it was best to plead to him. But you have facts and witnesses.
it will be 3 UCLA student's words and facts against a cops. I think I can prove him wrong, but it's still a pain in the ass to do, nevermind the risk of getting the ticket anyways... It's a pretty serious ticket down here.
